Film Acting and Auditioning CourseThe first course is a comprehensive introduction to the art of film acting, the skill of auditioning and the business of film acting. Learn how to earn the audition, prepare for it, and what to do once you're in the audition room and on-set! In addition to film acting, auditioning and the business of acting, you'll learn and practice the essential art of improvisation. This course is held once a week in 8-week sessions. All actors, regardless of experience and training, are encouraged to begin with this course. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Intermediate/On-goingThis course offers you a safe place to deepen your work, trust your truth and increase your chances at earning callbacks and bookings. In addition to film acting, audition skills and improvisation, we incorporate vocal/physical work and scene study into the class format. Scene study is your best opportunity to flex your acting muscles and refine your craft on a consistent basis, so that you're ready when opportunities present themselves. The Intermediate/On-going Course is held once a week in 8-week sessions. Entrance requires completion of the Beginning Course and invitation. Must be 18 years of age or older.
